MAJOR STAKES the optimisation of the Finance Department including the implementation of computer systems, in particular the cash management and bank reconciliation positions in order to:

• the absence of a cash management and bank reconciliation solution, these were managed manually using Excel spreadsheets,
• the absence of a system to retrieve daily electronic bank statements,
• management difficulties and low productivity caused by the volumes, in particular for cash flow monitoring and checking bank conditions

• an audit of the existing situation,
• an analysis of the flows and internal procedures,
• recommendations for the deployment of a cash management and accounts reconciliation software solution using the daily automatic input of the bank statements from all partner banks,
• the implementation of interface procedures with internal applications.
